Selecting a senior photographer is a big deal. Your teen's senior session will most likely be the last time they will have professional pictures taken until their wedding day. 1 - Is the photographer someone who will work with you and your senior to help them tell their unique story?

Find out if they meet with parents and seniors before the session in order to get to know the senior. This could be through a phone call, a Zoom meeting, or an in person consultation. Are they interested in getting to know your senior, or is your senior just one of 100 sessions they have booked for this year?

2 - Do you like their work? Does it fit your style?

Do you like their work? Have you been to their website, their Facebook or Instagram page? Look at examples of their recent work and consider if this is something that you would be excited to have hanging on your living room wall for years to come.

3 - Are they easy to work with?

Is the photographer fun, yet professional? You want to have good memories of your teen's senior session, and I KNOW you want them to have great memories of the day. It's not just about good pictures, but it's about giving your senior a great experience too!
